Happy Buddha Yoga is partnering with The Mindfulness Center of Chester for a special workshop! This is a two week series!

Join Kimberly Meyer, LCSW, RYT for a Yoga Nidra series designed to assist in reducing symptoms of anxiety and sleep disturbance.  This special series encourages self-exploration and discovery. Providing a safe space for self-inquiry and opportunity for self-resolve.

The class will meet 3 consecutive days over the course of two weeks.  Each student will be given a journal; each student will have the opportunity to utilize the journal to track their experience.

This class includes a small group lecture lab related to mindful stress reduction and anxiety management, a 45 minute Yoga Nidra along with self-care goodies!

(Please be mindful that this group will be closed at 10 participant sign up.  This will be an intimate small group practice designed to encourage an integrative therapeutic enriching experience).

All are Welcome regardless of your practice; first time yogi’s welcome!

Tuition: $150.00 for the series.

**Kimberly Cuccia Meyer is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years’ experience working with children and families. A MBSR and Trauma certified registered Yoga instructor with a passion to bring a practice that offers health and wellness to daily living.
