Deepen your back-bending and split practice with certified flexibility and yoga teacher, Michaela Bardossas. 2 years ago, Michaela couldn’t touch her toes and now she can do full splits! She fell in love with a styles of yoga specifically for deepening flexibility for those who didn’t grow up as gymnasts or dancers. Flexibility focuses on both stretching and strengthening so you can gradually increase your body’s mobility and eventually come into poses like this safely and properly aligned.
