About Judy Leslie: Over a dozen years ago, my yoga journey began when my favorite aerobics instructor became a certified yoga teacher. Yoga was so different from exercise classes and made me feel amazing from the inside out. In 2016-2017, Happy Buddha teacher training took me in a new direction. As a yoga instructor of adults and children, my knowledge continues to broaden through programs in Positional Therapy, Thai Body Message, YogaKids, Viniyoga, as well as The Roll Method Model. Off the mat, horses, kayaking, and gardening occupy my time.
