Yin Yoga is basically magic. It's a profound mind/body practice consisting of long held passive postures that stretch and hydrate the connective tissue of the body. It's therapeutic and accessible to almost anyone, no matter how beginner or advanced. Corresponding with Chinese medicine's meridian theory, the poses restore balance and harmony to your internal organs and energy pathways. Join us this weekend for a deep dive into the practice and theory of Yin Yoga. We'll cover Chinese medicine and 5 Element Theory, Taoist Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy, the science of fascia, sequencing and teaching Yin and of course detailed explanations of Yin asanas.
