In this interactive workshop we will explore the growing concept of “Food as Medicine.” Take comfort in knowing that there is no one size fits all model of nutrition, and so we will get right at the heart of all diets-the food! I assure you that you will never see that stalk of broccoli the same again! By reframing how we look at the items on our plate, we open ourselves up to a world of possibilities that reach far beyond deliciousness and into health, healing, and longevity.
Come explore with me! Plenty of time will be set aside for personal reflection and goal setting. Please bring along a journal and something to write with.
