Ages 7-10 from 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Feed the body mind and soul while strengthening family bonds. During this workshop we will explore yoga poses, breath work, mindfulness and meditations to increase overall well being for both parent and child. Learn postures and practices to encourage connection, trust, love and support between you and your little one.
Open but not limited to– any parent, grandparent, role model, or sibling looking to strengthen their relationship with any special child in their life. Let’s work together to create a healthier, happier, more peaceful future for our children!
