You'll get the family tree of deities, more stories than you can imagine and mantras galore but the real focus here is how to craft classes that are poetic and sincere. Learn how use the stories of yoga to deepen your understanding of the philosophical underpinnings of the asana practice. We will use worksheets and group discussion to analyze Hindu myths and then you'll practice pulling out important themes to use in your teaching. You'll leave with at least a few ready-to-go classes and lots of inspiration to create more! We'll also play with sequencing around poems and peak poses. If you've already attended this immersion, do it again! The stories and sequencing exercises will be brand new! Workshop = $250. This program is part of the 300 advanced teacher training program, but is open to all. Click here to register and go to our workshops page.
