This three part class is designed for high functioning tweens and teens with special needs. We will work on breathing techniques, to help with anxiety, stress, attention and concentration. We will learn some poses that will help with flexibility , core strength, balance, muscle tone, self-esteem and relaxation. We ask that students can follow simple instruction; are comfortable transitioning from the floor to standing, are comfortable being without a parent, caregiver or mentor for 45 minutes.

We are limiting the class to 10 students so we can give our full attention to each student.
