Breathe and gently bend your body after spending time building your stress relief tool box. Join Christy And Kim to build a tool box to equip you with ways to relieve stress and build a greater sense of wellbeing and bliss. Then look forward to a gentle restorative flow with a mind and body melting meditation

Christy will share some stress reduction tools that you can use at home whenever you need to calm your body and mind as you move through this process. You will have the opportunity to identify, calm, or clear a specific experience or emotion that you may be feeling during this time.

Dr. Christy Kriney has a Ph.D. and Doctorate in integrative medicine as well as a background in clinical social work. She has been a practicing psychotherapist and neurofeedback practitioner for the past 18 years. In her undergrad, she wrote a children’s book on cancer and ran a pilot study measuring this intervention to offset anxiety. Her eclectic therapeutic modalities incorporate quantum physics, natural medicine, health kinesiology, music therapy, and Reiki to identify, understand, release emotional patterns, frequencies, and blocks in the body. Although a large part of her practice is spent on stress and anxiety reduction, related or separate from trauma, she has a special interest in working with perinatal bereavement and grief.

Class = $25 $5.00 from each ticket sold will be donated to the Susan G Komen foundation
