About Us

At Happy Buddha Yoga our focus is on bringing joy, compassion, and kindness to the practice of yoga.
We can accommodate all levels.

Our beginner classes are a great introduction to the wonders and joys of yoga, and our intermediate classes are extremely challenging, filled with headstands, handstands and all kinds of other exciting things.  Whether you are brand new to yoga, or have been practicing for many years, our philosophy is the same -- love what is.

Kelly Kamm of Happy Buddha YogaKelly Kamm
Kelly is the Director of Happy Buddha Yoga.
She has been a devoted yogi for over ten years.  She has studied numerous disciplines including Bikram, Iyengar, and Ashtanga.  To her, yoga is not about how much of a pretzel you can twist yourself into, it's learning about yourself on your mat and taking that into your daily life so that you can be a better person.
Kelly's classes are a vigorous blend of poses fused together in a fun, dynamic flow. She believes in the power of music to inspire and uplift so she combines all different types of music, from devotional to rock and pop, in her flow. Her challenging classes invite you to connect with your truest self through the body and the breath. << back to class schedule
